On Ramp course
Our On Ramp Course is designed for new CrossFitters. This is a 1-2 hour Course. One of our coaches will guide you through a list of our most common movements in a smaller class environment - this helps you to not be to overwhelmed when entering our regular classes. These classes are scheduled as needed.
